The Kerala High Court on Wednesday, has put a one-week stay order on the release of the Justice Hema Commission Report, which investigated the widespread issues faced by women in the Malayalam film industry. This came hours before the report was scheduled to be made public by the state government. The court order follows a petition against the report’s disclosure.
