A woman died and two people were injured after a section of building of government medical college in Kottayam, Kerala collapsed on Thursday. Initially, Health Minister Veena George said only two people had suffered minor injuries in the incident. Notably, rescue teams had failed to notice that the woman was stuck inside the collapsed structure for two hours.
