Kerala High Court on Thursday rejected judge S Krishnakumar's plea challenging his transfer order. He was transferred to a labour court as a Presiding Officer after his "sexually provocative dress" remark. Krishnakumar has not lost any legal rights due to the transfer, the high court said, adding that the transfer was part of normal procedure.
