Kerala man gets 13 years in jail for assaulting minor girl

A 27-year-old man, Gokul, was sentenced to 13 years of rigorous imprisonment by the Kattakkada Fast Track POCSO Court for kidnapping and assaulting a minor girl. The court also imposed a fine of ₹50,000, payable to the survivor. The prosecution examined 26 witnesses and presented 46 documents and seven pieces of evidence.
