Kerala man gets challan for scooter he never rode

Kerala man PK Mohammed Jamal received a ₹500 challan for riding a scooter without a helmet, despite owning a Honda Shine and not recognising the scooter or rider shown in the notice. The challan carried his bike's registration number due to a police error. Nilambur RTO directed him to Pookkottumpadam police, leaving him worried about future trouble.
