Congress MP from Kerala TN Prathapan has moved the Supreme Court challenging the constitutional validity of new farm law. He alleged that the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020 is violative of Articles 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution. Punjab CM Amarinder Singh said his government would also approach the apex court.
