The state government unveiled draft film policy at the two-day Malayalam film conclave in Kerala, which focuses primarily on a transparent financial framework for the industry and promotes gender equality. The draft aims to promote equitable work environment. Further, a single-window film facilitation centre will be established to streamline all shooting-related permits in the state.
