The Kerala Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau is preparing to submit a report acquitting ADGP MR Ajithkumar of allegations, including illegal property acquisition, construction of a luxury residence, unauthorised tree felling among other charges. The investigation reportedly found no substantial evidence to support the claims. The state Cabinet recently approved his elevation to DGP.
