Kesar Terminals and Infrastructure hit an upper circuit after completing the transfer of its entire stake in subsidiary Kesar Multimodal Logistics to DP World. With this transaction, bank dues of the subsidiary were cleared and the company's corporate guarantee obligations extinguished, except for a small portion to be settled by DP World.
