American actor Kevin Spacey has settled the sexual harassment case brought against him by an anonymous massage therapist who died in September 2019. The settlement terms between Spacey and the accuser's son hasn't been revealed and a judge is yet to sign the same. The accuser had alleged that the actor forcibly grabbed his genitals during a massage session.
