KFC's Chinese rival's parent company considering $800 mn IPO: Report

Taiwanese food company Ting Hsin International Group, the company behind KFC's Chinese rival fried chicken brand Dicos, is reportedly considering a Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) of its restaurant business in mainland China. The IPO, which might include prominent fast food chain Master Kong Chef’s Table as well, could raise about $800 million.
