Connaught Place and Gurugram's Galleria Market (both with ₹1,150-1,250/sq ft rent) ranked next. Delhi's Kamla Nagar market's rent rose 11% YoY to ₹450-510/sq ft while GK-1 M Block market's rent was ₹475-500/sq ft.
