BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Wednesday reacted to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge emerging as the PM face of the I.N.D.I.A bloc. "Kharge hain 'dummy', sarkar chalayengi 'mummy'," Tiwari said. He added that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar would've suffered the biggest blow. "My sympathies are with Nitish Kumar," he said. I.N.D.I.A bloc held its fourth meeting on Tuesday.
