Kharge takes dig at Tharoor, asks 'Will you join SIR protest or just make remarks?'

Congress' Mallikarjun Kharge reportedly took a dig at party leader Shashi Tharoor during a meeting over the party's planned protest against the EC and SIR. "If party plans protest...will you participate...or will we only see your remarks in newspaper?" Kharge asked Tharoor. Kharge's remarks came after Tharoor had reportedly pushed for a protest on October 2, over the SIR exercise.
