Khatabook has acquired SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business management app Biz Analyst in a $10 million cash and equity deal. The acquisition marks Khatabook's "first strategic acquisition", its CEO and Co-founder Ravish Naresh said. Following the acquisition, Biz Analyst's founders will join Khatabook's leadership team and its team will continue to run independently.
