A video showing children at a government middle school in Doda district's Sichal reciting "Khoon se tilak karo, goliyon se aarti" during their morning assembly has prompted an inquiry. A three-member committee has been constituted by the Jammu & Kashmir Education Department. The teacher's salary has also been withheld until the probe concludes, Doda Chief Education Officer (CEO) said.
