Kids with higher screen time at age 1 may have lower academic performance: Study
A study found that higher screen exposure during infancy, particularly at age one, was linked to poorer academic performance and weaker working memory later. Screen use around age six was also associated with poorer outcomes. Researchers said one possible reason is more screen time may leave children with less time for activities that help them learn and develop.
