Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro called Ukraine's Kiev "the world capital of Nazism & fascism" after leaders of France, Britain, and Germany marked Victory Day there on Saturday. He said, "The West…intends to cover up…victory of the Red Army." Maduro, who attended Russia’s May 9 Victory Day parade, said they "went to talk about sanctions but ended up defeated by history".
