IPS Kiran Bedi became India's first ever female IPS officer and was nicknamed as 'Crane Bedi' for dragging PM Indira Gandhi's car for violating car parking rules. She's an alum of IIT Delhi and Panjan University. She is also known to have transformed Tihar Jail during the 1990s through her literacy programs.
