Ravinder Grover, HarvestPlus COO, outlined his 'FUSS' framework: Fermentation, Use whole foods, Soaking & sprouting, and Switch, as simple kitchen practices that can boost nutrition 2 to 5 times. He cited fermented foods like idli, dosa, and kanji as examples, and said placing mushrooms in sunlight for 15–60 minutes adds 30–50x more vitamin D.
