Krishna Kishore Maheshwari has resigned from his position as non-executive director on the board of Vodafone Idea, the telecom operator said on Thursday. Maheshwari, who's also the MD of UltraTech Cement, was Aditya Birla Group's representative on Vodafone Idea's board and had taken up the role in March 2022. Aditya Birla Group owns an 18% stake in the debt-ridden firm.
