Delhi HC denied interim relief to Sun Pharma over its petition to stop Finecure Pharmaceuticals from infringing Pantocid trademark till infringement suit's disposal. The HC said Sun Pharma filed plea only after realising Finecure had become a formidable player, despite being aware of infringement since 2010. Sun Pharma said Finecure's Pantopacid was convenient corruption of its Pantocid trademark.
