Kochi is all set to undergo a transformation that will not only renew its canals but will also modernise transportation and boost tourism. Kochi Metro Rail Limited has unveiled a project approved by the Kerala State Government. The budget for this project has been approved at ₹3,716.10 crore. It is a bold initiative to revive Kochi’s old canals.
