After some Kolkata Police personnel were found actively making social media reels wearing uniform, Manoj Verma, Commissioner of Police has issued a strict warning. He said, “This conduct is completely incompatible with the discipline and reputation of the Kolkata Police." Verma warned that any officer caught filming or posting such content in uniform would face “exemplary disciplinary action.”
