A 67-year-old woman, Jamuna Mondal, allegedly died by suicide after setting herself on fire amid panic over the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in West Bengal, police said. Her family reportedly said that her distress intensified after the SIR process began, as she had not received her enumeration form. "Her body has been sent for a post-mortem examination," police added.
