The 'Chinese Kali Temple' located in Kolkata's Tangra area, also known as Chinatown, offers noodles, chop suey, rice and vegetables as prasad. On the occasion of Kali Puja, the Chinese and Indian communities get together and pray to the idol in the temple. Known as a symbol of cross-cultural assimilation, this temple provides a bridge between the two cultures.
