Koovs has said that administrators sold its business and assets to an entity owned by the UK-based online fashion retailer's Chairman Waheed Alli. The company had applied to place itself into administration after its largest shareholder, billionaire Kishore Biyani's Future Lifestyle Fashion, failed to invest a further £6.5 million (₹60.5 crore). Koovs said it couldn't get alternative funding.
