Kotak Mahindra Bank on Saturday announced the appointment of Ashok Vaswani as the Managing Director & CEO of the bank. Vaswani has been appointed for a period of three years and will take charge of the new role before January 1, 2024, the bank said. The announcement comes after veteran banker Uday Kotak stepped down as the CEO last month.
