Kotak Mahindra Bank on Saturday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kotak Mahindra Capital Company (KMCC) will sell 31% of its stake in Infina Finance for nearly ₹1,294 crore. The divestment will take place in three legs, involving the transfer of 9.90% of the stake and subsequent transfers of 12.10% and 8.99%. This will reduce KMCC's stake in Infina Finance to 19%.
