Krystal Integrated acquires 100% stake in Citelum India

Krystal Integrated Services acquired a 100 per cent stake in Citelum India, entering the city lighting and urban infrastructure segment. The company targets annual revenue of ₹300-350 crore from the new vertical over three to four years and plans to invest around ₹100 crore in engineering, technology and expansion.
