Audio platform Pocket FM filed a ₹85.7-crore lawsuit in Delhi HC against Kuku FM for allegedly copying five of its audio series. Seeking two weeks to file a reply, Kuku FM said concerned series involve significant research and analysis. The court restrained Kuku FM from releasing any new episodes of disputed series, directing them to file reply within two weeks.
