The Kullu-Manali Highway (NH-21) collapsed near Kullu's Raison after heavy rain. On Wednesday, visuals showed the Beas River flooding the Raison toll in Manali. Floods and landslides in Manali have disrupted road access, mobile phone connections and electricity supply, officials said. According to district administration, road restoration can take one to two days, depending on weather conditions.
