Hours after IndiGo and Air India banned comedian Kunal Kamra after his confrontation with journalist Arnab Goswami on an IndiGo flight on Tuesday, Kamra tweeted that the IRCTC website, used to book train tickets, isn't opening. IRCTC's official Twitter handle informed Kamra that the ticketing service on the website from 2345 hours to 0020 hours has remained unavailable for years.
