Kuwait has issued nuclear safety guidance in case of radiation leak emergency in neighbouring countries. "Do not leave your home under any circumstances, tightly seal all windows and doors to prevent contaminants from entering, and follow news from official sources only," it said. However, Kuwait said citizens shouldn't panic and worry as the nearest reactor is over 240 km away.
