Larsen & Toubro received a 'Baa1' long-term issuer rating with a 'Stable' outlook from Moody's, two notches above India's sovereign rating of 'Baa3'. Moody's also assigned the same rating to L&T Hydrocarbon Saudi Company LLC, citing the group's strong financial profile, diversified business portfolio and prudent capital management.
