Starting October 28, 2025, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will accept only electronic payments for all immigration-related filing fees, including H-1B and green card applications. Paper cheques and money orders will no longer be accepted. Applicants must pay via US bank accounts or credit/debit cards, with insufficient funds or failed transactions leading to rejection.
