Ladakh administration halts Wangchuk-linked school's activities amid court case

The Ladakh administration issued a notice on November 1 to HIAL, co-founded by Sonam Wangchuk, directing it to stop all activities at Desert Flower School in Phyang until the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court resolves the pending land dispute. The school had begun classes without obtaining required approvals or NOC.
