Padum town in Ladakh recorded minimum temperature of minus 25.1 degrees Celsius, making it lowest minimum temperature recorded in Northwest India on Monday. It was followed by minus 10 degrees Celsius in Gulmarg, minus 8.8 degrees Celsius in Himachal Pradesh's Keylong and minus 2.1 degrees Celsius in Uttarakhand's Ranichawri. Punjab's Bathinda recorded minimum temperature of 0.4 degrees Celsius.
