Two laid-off Tesla US workers have filed an emergency motion alleging far less severance than legally required. The workers were among more than 500 workers laid off in Nevada. The motion stated that Tesla has been asking employees to agree to release it of all claims, in exchange for severance of just one or two weeks' pay and benefits.
