Samir Modi, Godfrey Philips' ex-Director and brother of fugitive businessman Lalit Modi, was granted bail by Delhi's Saket court in a rape case. This comes few days after court reserved his bail plea. Modi was detained by Delhi Police on September 18 after his former colleague filed an FIR, accusing him of repeatedly raping, threatening, and cheating her since 2019.
