RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav on Monday filed nomination papers at party office for his election as the party president for the 13th time. Lalu was accompanied by his wife and ex-CM Rabri Dev and his younger son Tejashwi Yadav. Lalu has been RJD President for 28 years since party's formation in 1997 after splitting from Janata Dal.
