Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi reacted to Opposition parties questioning the law and order situation in Bihar over the murder incidents. "Lalu Prasad Yadav has no right to speak on the law and order situation in Bihar," Manjhi said. He added, "The law and order situation in Bihar is not as bad as in other states."
