Lancet Citizens' Commission has 8 recommendations for Central and state governments for COVID-19. It said organisation of essential health services must be decentralised and there must be transparent pricing policy and caps on essential health services' prices. It advised widely disseminating evidence-based information and establishing central systems to procure and distribute vaccines for free.
