Former TMC MLA Sujoy Hazra has been arrested on multiple charges, including extortion and land scam, from Kharagpur railway station. Police reportedly apprehended him while he was allegedly trying to flee from Kharagpur. "There have been allegations regarding misappropriation of public money and land-related complaints. These allegations should be investigated," BJP MLA Sankar Kumar Guchait said.
