A 42-year-old landlord has been booked for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Govardhan. The child's mother alleged that the abuse continued for some time and that the accused recorded photos and videos of the assaults. Police registered a case under the BNS and POCSO Act, while efforts are underway to arrest the accused, who is absconding.
