Prashant Bankar, the son of the landlord of a woman doctor who allegedly died by suicide in Maharashtra's Satara district, has been arrested. The doctor had named Bankar, along with a police officer, in a message written on her palm before taking her life. She accused PSI Gopal Badane of repeatedly raping her and named Bankar for mentally harassing her.
