A Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Captain has been awarded $4 million in damages in a sexual harassment lawsuit against the city over a nude photograph that was doctored to look like her and shared around the department. The jury found that the LAPD did not take appropriate corrective action to address the situation after Captain Lillian Carranza reported it.
