LAPL Automotive will launch its ₹32.40 crore BSE SME IPO on August 6, with a price band of ₹88-94 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 34.46 lakh shares. Proceeds will fund a new manufacturing facility, debt repayment and corporate purposes. In FY26, the company reported 41.3% revenue growth and a 71.4% rise in PAT.
