Larger thighs linked with lower blood pressure in obese people: Study

A study published in Endocrine Connections said larger thigh circumference could be independently associated with lower blood pressure in obese and overweight Chinese people. The study included around 9,520 individuals aged 40 years and older. It used the average of the left and right thigh measurements. However, a significant correlation wasn't seen in case of normal weight individuals.
