Lata called Sony America & abused them: Dayanand on CID going off air

Actor Dayanand Shetty shared that late legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar was a big fan of 'CID' and fought for the cast when the show was pulled off air in 2018. "She fought for us...I mean, she even called Sony America and abused them...She said I watch this show, why are you pulling it off air? What's your problem?" he said.
